Prior to each season, there will be an announcement about starting up and a team meeting for each sport. If students miss the meeting, parents/students can contact the coach directly for the start date and any other information. If you can not reach the coach, contact Marc Mortellaro,  Athletic Programs & Sports Medicine Administrator at mmortellaro@hpschools.net or 732-572-8950 ext 3245.

Students must have an updated physical examination form to participate in any sport. Physicals are good for one year and must be updated annually.  In addition, permission forms, concussion and cardiac sign-offs, and steroid test consent are required. All forms must be turned in before the start of practice.  Forms can be obtained from the school office, the school nurse, on the HP Schools website under 'nurse's resources' or HERE.
